Introduction

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Gulf Sakan Ltd., a company registered in Pakistan ("Gulf Sakan", "we", "us"). Gulf Sakan is a workforce accommodation management platform built for GCC labor accommodation operators, manpower suppliers, and construction companies. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Services

Gulf Sakan provides:

• camp management
• floor/room/bunk structure management
• bunk slot allocation
• worker movement tracking
• maintenance ticketing
• inspections
• incident reporting
• occupancy analytics

Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• keeping login credentials secure
• maintaining accurate worker and camp records
• restricting unauthorized access

Subscription & Billing

• Gulf Sakan operates on subscription billing.
• Billing may be monthly or annual.
• Access may be suspended for unpaid invoices.
• Subscription plans may vary based on worker count or camp count.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms.

Data Ownership

All operational and worker accommodation data belongs to the tenant/customer. Gulf Sakan only stores and processes the data to provide services.

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• misuse the system
• attempt unauthorized access
• manipulate data unlawfully
• use the platform for illegal activities

Account Suspension / Termination

Gulf Sakan reserves the right to suspend accounts for:

• payment failure
• policy violations
• abuse
• suspicious activity

Limitation of Liability

Gulf Sakan is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect data entry, misuse, or operational decisions made by customers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Pakistan.
