Free Trial
Trial accounts are free until upgraded. No billing occurs during trial.
Duplicate Billing
Duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated and refunded where applicable.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel anytime. Access remains active until the billing cycle ends.
