• Infrastructure and hosting providers — cloud hosting, database, storage, and email delivery vendors that operate the platform.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit providers, under confidentiality obligations.

Data remains stored while the tenant account is active. Data may be deleted upon account closure or verified deletion request.
